L’E-Coaching è una modalità largamente utilizzato negli USA, negli UK ed in Australia.

L’E-Coaching è ideale per coloro che:
1. Preferiscono scrivere piuttosto che usare il telefono.
2. Non hanno tanto tempo a disposizione.
3. Sono spesso in viaggio.
4. Non amano avere appuntamenti fissi.
Dopo la tua richiesta e il versamento della quota, riceverai un questionario che mi manderai compilato. Ti risponderò in maniera accurata e dettagliata entro 72 ore.
Il tuo programma di E-Coaching prosegue quindi con un’email alla settimana che può contenere esercizi, domande, strumenti di coaching, fogli di lavoro oltre all’analisi dei punti chiave delle email che mi avrai inviato.
