Appare evidente da questa affermazione l’importanza di un decision making efficace.

Ecco sei passi che possono essere davvero molto utili:  

  1. RISULTATO: Che risultato vuoi ottenere? Perché lo vuoi ottenere? Sii chiaro sul tuo risultato e sul perché lo vuoi.
  2. OPZIONI: scrivi tutte le tue opzioni, comprese quelle che inizialmente ti possono sembrare bislacche. Ricorda: un’opzione non è scelta, due opzioni è un dilemma. Da tre opzioni cominci ad avere una scelta.
  3. CONSEGUENZE: quali sono i pro e i contro di ogni opzione? Cosa guadagni da ogni opzione e cosa perdi?
  4. VALUTA: rivedi le tue opzioni e valuta ogni pro e contro.
  • Quali risultati sono influenzati?
  • Quanto è importante ogni pro/contro su una scala da 1-10 per raggiungere i tuoi risultati?
  • Qual è la probabilità che il pro/contro accada?
  • Quale è il beneficio emozionale o conseguenza se questa opzione accadesse davvero?

Sarai in grado di eliminare alcune opzioni dalla lista.

  1. MITIGARE: rivedi i contro di ogni azione che rimane e trova modi per ridurli.
  2. RISOLVERE:
  • Seleziona la tua opzione migliore
  • Proponiti che, qualunque cosa accada, questa opzione ti farà vincere.
  • Disegna il tuo piano di implementazione e comincia ad agire.
